Although this is a mobile car cleaning service, the valet will need to park near your vehicle to perform the service. As it’s fully mobile, the service location doesn’t have to be your driveway; it can also take place on a public road, as long as parking is available.
You can cancel your valet service at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 25% fee, and cancellations within 30 minutes of the start time will incur a 50% fee.
If you don’t specify on our booking page that you can provide water and electricity, you will only be able to book mobile valeting companies equipped to perform the wash using their own resources.
Your valeter will advise if the wash can proceed or if rescheduling is recommended. This decision depends on the package you booked and whether there is shelter available for your home car valet. Each valet is assessed individually, and your valeter will contact you if rescheduling is needed.
No, you don’t need to be present; however, depending on the valet service booked, access to your car’s interior may be required. We recommend being available to meet your valeter upon arrival to ensure a smooth start to the service.
The easiest way to book is through the app, which allows you to communicate directly with your valeter via our messaging system. If the app isn’t an option, feel free to contact our customer support team, who will gladly assist with any questions about your valet.
Yes, you can! Our team’s availability automatically syncs in your area, and you'll receive an instant confirmation in the app or an email when booking online.
To check, click on "Bookings" in the left-hand tab of the app. If the booking was requested, it will say "Track." If it’s not listed, the request hasn’t been made. For online bookings, please check your email inbox.

Yes, if you’d like the same valet service performed on multiple cars by the same technician, you can add a second car from the list of extras. For bookings involving more than two cars or different valet services, we’re happy to assist with creating a customized booking.
Your valeter can provide additional services beyond those in the package description, all of which are fully mobile. If you’d like to add any extras to your valet, you can find them in the 'Extras' menu during checkout.
To reset your password for the app, go to the login screen and click on 'log in.' You will see a link that says 'forgotten password.' By entering the email associated with your account, you will receive a password reset link sent to that email address.
Yes, you can reschedule your order through the app on the booking details page. Please note that depending on the status of your order, additional charges may apply. Additionally, once the valeter is en route or has started the wash, a refund will no longer be possible.
You can redeem your wash offer by downloading the app. Simply enter your discount code on the payment page while booking your wash. Please note that all offers are available for a limited time only.
We operate as a completely cashless service. You can secure a booking through the app using any of the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit/credit cards, or PayPal.
