Critical Requirements

Please arrange access availability to your vehicle precisely 30 minutes prior to our visit while we begin exterior treatment processes. Additionally, it’s essential that parking facilities are made available for our technicians during the time they spend working on your vehicle.

Appointment Scheduling

It’s crucial we inform you that selected appointment times represent a one-hour arrival window. Ensure enough time following scheduled arrival allows completion without rush of optimum servicing.

Potential Extra Charges

If conditions necessitate additional labour compared to our standard for this package an added fee might apply. This surcharge helps allocate sufficient resources enabling us restore prime condition in accordance with highest standards set by us here at Valeting and Detailing Hub. Our technicians also have the right to cancel the valet if the vehicle is found in a worse state than the standards of the package booked as it may delay them for their next valets.
