While this is a mobile car cleaning service, the valet will need to park next to your vehicle or nearby to perform the service. Since it is fully mobile, the parking doesn't have to be on your home driveway; it can also take place on a public road, provided there is available parking.
You can cancel your valet service free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 minutes of the start time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If you do not indicate on our booking page that you can provide a water and electricity supply, you will only be able to book mobile valeting companies that can perform the wash using their own resources.
Your valeter will be able to advise whether the wash can proceed or if it’s better to reschedule. This decision depends on the package you booked and the availability of shelter for your home car valet. Each valet is assessed individually, and your valeter will reach out to you if a reschedule is necessary.
No, you don't need to be present; however, depending on the valet service you booked, you may need to provide access to the interior of your car. We recommend being available to meet your valeter upon arrival to ensure a smooth start to the wash.
The most effective way to book is through the app, which enables you to communicate directly with your valeter via our messaging system. If that's not possible, please reach out to our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding your valet.
Yes, if you wish to have the same valet service performed on multiple cars by the same technician, you can select a second car from the list of extras. If you need to book for more than two cars or require different valet services, we would be happy to assist you in creating a customized booking.
Your valeter can perform a variety of services not included in the package description, all of which can be done fully mobile. If you need any additional services for your valet, you can find them in the 'Extras' menu during the checkout process.
To reset your password for the app, go to the login screen and click on 'log in.' You will see a link that says 'forgotten password.' By entering the email associated with your account, you will receive a password reset link sent to that email address.
Yes, you can reschedule your order through the app on the booking details page. Please be aware that depending on the status of your order, additional charges may apply. Also, once a valeter is en route or has begun the wash, a refund will not be possible.
You can redeem your wash offer by downloading the app. Simply enter your discount code on the payment page while booking your wash. Please note that all offers are available for a limited time only.
